The Vintage US Army WW2 M-1944 Jacket, aka Eisenhower Jacket is a unique and rare piece of militaria from the 1940s. The jacket is in great shape and has no tears or stains. It features a pleated back, adjustable waist band, fly-front buttons, bellows chest pockets, slash side pockets, and shoulder straps.
There are several patches on the jacket:

US Honorable Service patch on right chest. Also known as the Ruptured Duck. The patch was given to those members of the U.S. military who were honorably discharged during WWII and was meant to identify the soldiers who had done their duty.
US Army Central / 3rd US Army Patch on left sleeve.The 3rd Army patch represents one of the U.S. Army’s most historic formations, active since 1918 and famously commanded by General George S. Patton during WWII.
Rank. Technician 5th Grade T-5
Overseas service bars. Each stripe equals 6 months in an active combat zone. This soldier served 24 months total in active combat zones
