1971 Old Fitzgerald Stitzel-Weller Vintage Whiskey Decanter - Rip Van Winkle

WITHOUT / Missing the original cap/hat and the cork is broken off inside
I didn't clean the glue remnants from original marketing stickers (see photos)
Has some marks that most likely could be cleaned, but I have no experience cleaning porcelain so I didn't want to ruin any value
