Vintage Cygnus Pan Am lift-arm pocket lighter with a vertically ribbed gold-tone case and blue globe emblem on one narrow side. The exterior has a knurled flint-wheel grip and hinged wick cap; photos show it both closed and open. The base is marked Cygnus, PAT 361149 and JAPAN. A distinctive airline-advertising lighter with visible scratches, small edge nicks, darkened mechanism areas and finish wear around the base. The exposed wick is discolored. Includes the pictured lighter. A new flint has been installed. The lift-arm mechanism, flint wheel, spark and ignition have been tested, and the lighter is in good working condition.
