It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in China.This sale is for a rare prototype counter sample of the piece.After an artist carves a new piece, a prototype is made before it is released for production. Harmony Ball was handling the US distribution of the Harmony Kingdom Disney pieces, so the piece was sent to the US for approval.This sale is for one of those rare prototypes.Prototypes did not come in Harmony Kingdom labeled boxes, since those were added, once the production line started.Description:"The Headless Horseman is a legendary figure who haunts the village of Sleepy Hollow.
