This JARL bent acorn #1627 has been completely restored and is ready to smoke! I cleaned the airway with 190 proff alcohol. I scrubbed the outside of the stummel with Lbepen briar cleaner, then put a light coat of saddle tan leather dye to bring the original finish back to life. Then I waxed it with carnuba wax. The stem was soaked in Lbepen solution then sanded thru the grits, then buffed with green compound, then waxed with carnuba. I did have to patch the stem in the bite area of the stem, very small holes so I just used black AC glue. It seems like it should hold good but I stand behind my work so if there\'s ever a problem with those areas, send it back to me and I\'ll fix those areas no charge. I\'m donating 10% of this pipe sale to the American National Red Cross ❌️!!!!!!!!
