Offered as a pair are these vintage Hartford Clamp Co. steel bar clamps, made in Connecticut, USA.
These are substantial old woodworking/shop clamps featuring heavy cast clamp bodies, rectangular steel bars, threaded pressure screws and large wing-style handles.
The original raised casting markings are still visible. Markings include HARTFORD CLAMP CO. along with patent/casting information and an apparent “00” marking. Please see the close-up photographs for the exact markings.

Hartford Clamp Co. manufactured steel bar clamps in Connecticut, and the company\'s clamp design is associated with a June 13, 1916 U.S. patent.
These clamps have clearly seen many years of workshop use and retain a great vintage industrial appearance. They show surface rust, oxidation, scratches, finish wear and other age-related wear. They have not been polished or heavily restored.
