Beautiful, authentic handwoven Mexican flatweave textile in excellent condition. This piece measures 73\" x 52\" (approx 6 ft x 4.3 ft), making it the perfect statement size for a room area rug or a prominent focal wall hanging.
Excellent structural condition, it has never been used on the floor as a carpet and has strictly been displayed as a decorative wall hanging, meaning it has zero foot-traffic wear or heel marks. There are no commercial tags or maker\'s marks, which is typical for these authentic hand-loomed market pieces.
Note: Because it is made of hand-spun wool, there is some very light, natural fiber pilling on the surface, which beautifully showcases its rustic, handmade origins. The rug has been safely stored folded, so there are temporary fold creases visible in the photos. These will naturally flatten out completely once the rug is hung or laid flat for a short period.
