untested as is ,old wiring will need to be replaced 1 light socket is cracked at base ,1 of the legs tack weld is cracked ,but the leg still slides in its holder (see pic 2).just if you lift up on it it might slide out . paint showing scratches in spots , surface rust spotting in spots ,tree trunk adjuster does work
