Excellent vintage condition with NO chips, cracks, or flea bites!This charming 1950s/1960s mid-century novelty set features a glossy black ceramic donkey (burro) carrying two matching, removable jug-style saddlebags that serve as the salt and pepper shakers. The donkey features hand-painted red accents on his tongue and saddle straps.The Salt jug has red accents and the Pepper jug has light gold Pepper “P” Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The glaze is bright and shiny with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Both have original cork stoppers but the one in the salt shaker is inside the jug.
