Vintage 1906 Old Westminster Perth Amboy NJ Postcard Undivided Back
Step back to 1906 with this early printed view of Old Westminster in Perth Amboy New Jersey. As you can see from the sender adding their handwritten date directly onto the bottom front margin this is a classic undivided back card format where the entire back was strictly reserved for the address. The card was successfully mailed to New Brunswick featuring a bold Perth Amboy October 1906 cancellation mark directly over a green one cent Benjamin Franklin stamp. For a piece of mail well over a century old it holds up very nicely. You will notice typical edge wear corner rounding and mild surface smudging from its early postal journey. There is some general age toning on both sides but no heavy creases to report.
As an authentic vintage piece this item may show typical signs of age which can include minor edge wear soft or bumped corners slight yellowing and light surface blemishes.
