Really nice and very well-made, 8.75\'\' collector knife by OZ. A vintage, one-of-a-kind, JIM ORT (OZ Knives) custom piece, completely hand-made by the highly respected & well-known knifemaker of Scottsdale, Arizona. The 4.25\'\' blade is welded & layered, forged, Damascus steel, with a full, tapered tang and semi-sharpened top edge. High-polish, nickel-silver bolsters/guard & pins. Exotic, dark wood scales with a beautiful, tight grain, tapered to the bolsters. Sculpted, formed, curved handle with a dovetailed butt. Superior fit, finish & finesse, with expert craftsmanship, from tip to butt. Beveled & swedged blade with an awesome, deep Damascus pattern. Jim is known for his beautifully made Damascus steel & nickel and exotic handles. This is a very fine, one-of-one knife and one of the nicer ones I have seen by Jim. Outstanding in every way, from the blade to the bolsters, the tapering, curves and the exotic wood scales. Original, hand-made leather sheath by Ort, made to look like lizard skin on the front. Original, very sharp edge. Faint \"OZ\" stamp on one side of the blade. The photos don\'t quite capture the fine work on this knife.
