This offering is for ONE fantastical rare and sensational egret on swirl pattern of barkcloth...a print so popular it was reprinted from the late 30’s to the early 50’s. A textured barkcloth with a patternry so iconic and puts it right in South Beach for its post art deco renaissance that delivered fabrics that were showcased at the 1939 Worlds Fair in NYC in a expose that showcased real life art deco hotel rooms in tents to showcase their exhibits. This pattern is world renowned...one of a kind. This remnant was made with hems...but it’sclearly never used and in stellar perfect condition. A black ground with dark teals...zings of chartreuse yellow and limes...a hint of periwinkle...mocha...magenta merlot...bubble gum pink...chocolate...with creamy white accents.
