Here is a wonderful pair of frames , I guess I would call these folk art , there very similar to what they did in the Victorian period with incised carving and ebonized wood , these must of took some inspiration from that and the maker chose his own decoration with certainly isn't victorian , has a folky feel, there also decorated on the sides which is neat ! great color and patina original surface opening is 9.5 x 12.5 overall 12 1/4 x 15 1/4 please take a look at pictures , normal wear , no glass , excellent examples , circa see other listings we are listing a first time offered group of wonderful tramp art frames from a private handle estate items please ask any questions before making an offer.
