◆Why do I need to buy Suica card before traveling to Japan?◆

◆Where can I use this?◆

This card can be used not only in Tokyo but also in Osaka, Kyoto, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, and Nagoya. It's accepted on trains, buses, vending machines, convenience stores, etc., throughout Japan, and anyone can use it without registration.

Before you place your order, please update your address to include the name and address of your hotel.Additionally, at the end of the address, specify your check-in date. (example 21JUN2024).Ensure you order 7-8 days before your scheduled hotel check-in date.Due to inventory management, we cannot delay shipping for more than one week until your check-in date. Therefore, no matter how early you wish to order, please ensure you place your order at least 14 days prior to your check-in date.

*Before placing your order, please check with your hotel to ensure they can receive packages. If the hotel refuses delivery, or if the package is returned due to a change or cancellation in your stay dates, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

This card is in fresh condition, so the remaining balance is zero yen. Please charge it at the station before use. If you no longer need it, return it to a Suica-managed station, and you will receive a refund of 500 yen deposit.
