Antique C 1890s-1920s Ansonia ARION Figural Statue Mantle Clock For Sale

The Ansonia ARION Figural Statue Mantle Clock has undergone a economy restoration( base coat of paint) and the technique of Japanese bronzing. The original process of the clock is to have a base coat of glided metal. The clock had no traces of the gliding and Japanese bronzing. Unfortunately when I received the clock it had undergone ad (arrived damaged). The base of the clock case had three cracked areas and has a bow on the front and back. The statue sustained a broken leg on the rear of the statue and was repaired and reinforced the front leg using a cold weld. The glass on the bezel has a circular chip on the inside of the glass. The overall condition of the clock is in good condition, and the repairs are almost unnoticeable. The bushings of the clock movement was cleaned and oiled and it is in good running condition. The clock will definitely enhance any office or home.
